Charles Bowles, the company president, has over 15 years in investment banking and commercial real estate financing. After receiving his bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Finance in 1992, Charlie began his career with Cohig and associates; a private investment banking firm located in Philadelphia, PA.  Transitioning into real estate, he facilitates low cost loans for his clients. The mixture of the investment and lending techniques, complete with his client base of investors secures the client to the best perspective possibile.  All transactions submitted by any of the associates will be reviewed by Charlie prior to submittal.
